Rooms of every size

From huddle spaces to boardrooms, there’s a Google Meet kit to fit. Compact all-in-one video bars suit small rooms; modular camera, microphone and speaker systems cover larger spaces. Google Meet Series One by Lenovo

Series One is Google’s own design of Meet room kit, built by Lenovo. Small, medium and large kits pair the Meet compute system with an AI camera, audio bar and mic pods, powered over a single Ethernet cable and managed from your Google Admin console. Google supports the current generation until September 2030.

Already running Series One? Earlier generations are supported until June 2028 or June 2029, depending on the model. We’ll check where your rooms stand and plan the move to current kits, and your Meet hardware licences transfer to the new devices.

Google Workspace with Gemini

AI that does the admin

With Google Workspace with Gemini, Gemini in Meet takes care of the note-taking and helps everyone keep up, so people can focus on the conversation rather than the minutes.

Depending on your Workspace edition, Gemini in Meet can:

  • Take notes for you, so nobody has to
  • Answer questions about the meeting as it happens
  • Translate speech in real time
  • Show translated captions, so language is no barrier

Why Google Meet rooms from Tantech?

Everyone included

Google Meet frames people and shared content so remote participants can see who’s speaking. Companion mode lets people in the room join from their own laptop without echo or feedback.

Works with every platform

Google Meet rooms can join Zoom, Webex and Microsoft Teams meetings too, so you’re never stuck when a partner sends a different link.

Google Meet hardware: frequently asked questions

For huddle spaces and small meeting rooms, an all-in-one video bar is usually the best fit: the camera, microphones and speakers are in one device, so set-up is quick and the room stays tidy. We’ll recommend Google Meet hardware based on the size of the room, how it’s used and your budget.

Larger rooms need modular systems, with separate cameras, ceiling or table microphones and speakers placed to cover everyone in the room. We design the layout around the space, so people at the far end of the table are seen and heard as clearly as those at the front.

Yes. Google Meet hardware can join Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Webex meetings as well as Google Meet, at no extra cost with a paid Google Workspace licence. When a meeting room is added to an invitation, the meeting appears on the room’s agenda, ready to join.

Yes. Each Google Meet hardware device needs its own Google Meet hardware licence, in addition to your Google Workspace subscription. Licences run for one year, and we can supply them alongside the hardware and keep track of renewals for you.

Yes. Lenovo’s current, third-generation Series One kits are supported by Google until September 2030. Earlier generations are supported until June 2028 or June 2029, depending on the model; after that they keep working but no longer receive updates. We can check your rooms and plan the move to current kits, and your Meet hardware licences transfer to the new devices.
