Warehouse & Inbound Logistics
Warehouse technology that keeps goods-in moving: rugged scanners, mobile computers and industrial label printers.
Every store depends on the warehouse behind it. When a scanner fails at goods-in or a label printer jams mid-shift, pallets queue at the door and stock records fall behind.
Since 2002, Tantech has supplied and supported the warehouse technology that keeps receiving, put-away and inventory tracking moving: rugged mobile computers, long-range scanners and industrial thermal printers, from a single replacement to a full-site rollout.
Warehouse technology
- Rugged mobile computers: Android handhelds built to survive drops, dust, water and cold stores.
- Long-range scanners: read barcodes on pallets and high racking from across the aisle.
- Vehicle-mounted computers: for forklifts and reach trucks.
- Industrial label printers: high-volume pallet, carton and location labels, thermal transfer or direct thermal.
- RFID printers and encoders: print and encode RFID labels for automated tracking.
- Batteries, chargers, mounts and spares: on the same order, so devices stay in service.
Brands we work with

Zebra builds rugged mobile computers, scanners and printers for goods-in, putaway and cold stores. Its LifeGuard programme delivers regular security updates for Zebra Android devices, including while you migrate to a newer OS, so a large warehouse fleet stays protected without being replaced early.

Honeywell's Mobility Edge platform gives its handhelds one shared hardware and software base, so warehouse apps are built and certified once. Operational Intelligence then tracks every device from deployment to repair across your sites, with analytics that help you right-size spares.

TSC Printronix Auto ID has made thermal label printers since 1991 and serves customers in more than 100 countries. Its Printronix range adds industrial printers with RFID encoding and barcode inspection, so labels are encoded and checked as they print, backed by on-site service.

Warehouse technology: frequently asked questions
What warehouse technology do you supply?
Rugged mobile computers, long-range scanners and industrial thermal label printers for receiving, put-away and inventory tracking.
Is your warehouse hardware suitable for cold stores?
Yes. We supply rugged devices built for demanding logistics environments, including cold stores.
Can you supply RFID label printers?
Yes. Industrial printers that encode RFID labels and check barcodes as they print.
How long will our Android devices stay secure?
Zebra’s LifeGuard programme delivers regular security updates for Zebra Android devices, including while you move to a newer OS. Honeywell’s Mobility Edge platform lets apps be certified once across models.
Can we keep track of devices across several sites?
Yes. Honeywell’s Operational Intelligence follows every device from deployment to repair across all your sites, so you can see which units are in use, which are out for repair, and how many spares you really need to keep on the shelf.
Can you equip a whole site, or just replace one device?
Both, from a single replacement to a full-site rollout, with an average lead time of under five days, so a failed scanner at goods-in doesn’t hold up the next delivery.
Need devices for goods-in or the warehouse floor?
Tell us what you need, from one replacement scanner to a full-site rollout, and we’ll get back to you quickly.
